This offer is available until further notice to Costa Coffee Club members who are GB residents, over 16 years of age and who have registered to use the Costa Coffee Club app (the "App"). All participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.

  1. Invite a friend to join the Costa Coffee Club by forwarding the invitation to them that you will find in the App. The invitation contains a link to the App and your unique invitation code. If your friend follows the link, downloads the App and enters your invitation code when they register on the App, both you and your friend will receive 200 bonus Costa Coffee Club points when your friend first makes a purchase in a participating Costa store that qualifies for Costa Coffee Club points and swipes the App to earn their Costa Coffee Club points on that purchase in accordance with the Costa Coffee Club Membership Terms and Conditions which are available here.

  2. There is no limit to the number of friends you can invite to register on the App however each person you invite must be a GB resident over 16 years of age and must not already be registered on the App. Please note that the Costa Coffee Club Membership Terms and Conditions provide that an individual may only register one membership.

  3. Each friend that registers on the App will also receive 100 bonus Costa Coffee Club points when they register on the App.

  4. Please allow 48 hours for your bonus points to be added to your account. Costa Coffee Club points are issued subject to and strictly in accordance with the Costa Coffee Club Membership Terms and Conditions.

  5. No purchase necessary. No cash alternative. Costa Coffee Club points are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

  6. The promoter processes your personal data in connection with the offer for the purposes of administering and managing the offer. This processing is in order to fulfil a contract or take steps linked to a contract (and if it is not provided, you may not be able to enter into, or the promoter may not be able to fulfil, the contract).   10. If the promoter fails to comply with these terms and conditions, the promoter is responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of the promoter's breach of these terms and conditions or its negligence, but it is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of the promoter's breach or if they were contemplated by you and the promoter at the time that you entered the offer.

  11. Save where required by law, the promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions for reasons beyond its control and accepts no responsibility or liability for any attempt to register with or to log-in the App which is unsuccessful or incomplete for technical or other reasons beyond its control.

  12. The offer and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the offer and these terms and conditions in the English courts. 1. Who can enter:

  • 1.1 The promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales who are aged 18 or over when they enter the promotion, excluding employees of Costa Coffee and its subcontractors, subsidiaries and anyone professionally connected with the promotion and their immediate families.

2. How to enter:

  • 2.1 There is no purchase necessary to enter the promotion. To enter the promotion you must provide feedback on your store visit by visiting feedbacktocosta.co.uk and following the instructions. Once your feedback has been received (including your contact details, where requested) you will automatically be entered into the promotion.

  • 2.2 Your data will be used only by Costa for the purposes of administering the promotion and by Clarabridge for the collection of feedback responses.

  • 2.3 Text messages will be charged at your standard network rate and your mobile number will not be disclosed to any third parties for marketing purposes.

  • 2.4 Only one entry per person per month is allowed; multiple entries from individuals will not be permitted.

  • 2.5 The promotional period will run from 00:00 on 02 January 2020 until 23:59 on 02 January 2021.

3. Selection and prize details:

  • 3.1 On or before the first Friday of each month following the month in respect of which entries are received, a winner will be drawn at random by computer for the preceding month. Each winner will be notified that they have won by email within two weeks of the relevant draw. There will be two winners every month.

  • 3.2 Each winner will a £50 amazon voucher.

  • 3.3 There is no cash or other alternative prize available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value. 1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 By entering the promotion (the "Promotion"), all participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

1.2 The Promotion is open to selected Costa Coffee Club members (GB residents, 16+) who receive an email from us inviting them to participate in the Promotion.

2. THE PROMOTION

2.1 To enter the Promotion, click the button marked 'Give Free Coffees' before 11.59 (BST) on 27/06/2020 to confirm that the postcode we have registered for you is correct and we will deliver a free can of Costa Coffee to you and to each household that shares your postcode (up to a maximum of 1320 households/products).

3. LIABILITY

3.1 We shall not be liable in the event that we are unable to make delivery of any can of Costa Coffee to you or any household because no one is available at to accept delivery on the date that we have notified to you.   9. The voucher can only be used as stipulated. The voucher has no cash value and are non-transferable/not for resale. All vouchers are automatically void if sold, offered for sale or if any attempt or offer is made to transfer the voucher value.

  10. To redeem this offer cut out your voucher from the side of your Costa Gold Medal. Hand over your voucher at your chosen participating attraction ticket office on your date of visit.

  12. This offer can only be used for standard single day entrance tickets and cannot be used for any combination, fastrack/priority/early ride time, 2-day or short break tickets including, but not limited to; Merlins Magical London Ticket at London Attractions, The Tower Ticket or The Big Ticket at The Blackpool Tower Attractions, Merlin Annual Pass, Season Pass.

  13. This offer is not valid for accommodation including but not limited to; Safari Hotel, Azteca Hotel and Explorer Glamping at Chessington World of Adventures Resort.

  15. The voucher which form part of this offer remains the property of Merlin Entertainments at all times and as such Merlin Entertainments reserves the right to take possession of the voucher at any time.

  16. The offer is based on the gate entry price of an entry ticket at each attraction and is subject to change.

  17. Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and/or attractions.

  18. Visitors under 12 years must be accompanied by a person aged 18 years or over at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. Visitors 14 years and under must be accompanied by a person aged 18 years and over at SEA LIFE Aquariums and Centres (Manchester, Blackpool, Brighton, Great Yarmouth, Weymouth, Scarborough, Loch Lomond, Bray and Hunstanton). Visitors 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at SEA LIFE Birmingham. Visitors 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over at SEA LIFE London.

  19. An adult is classified as a person 15 year of age and over at SEA LIFE Aquariums and Centres (Manchester, Blackpool, Brighton, Great Yarmouth, Weymouth, Scarborough, Loch Lomond, Bray and Hunstanton). An adult is classified as a person 16 years of age and over at SEA LIFE London Aquarium. Some attractions operate an individual ticket price which is the same for both adults and children for the purpose of admissions. This includes, Chessington World of Adventures Resort.

  20. All of the attractions reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or attractions and removal of figures for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including overcapacity.

  21. Features, rides, attractions and/or creatures shown on the website or communications are not necessarily available at every attraction. Please check ahead of your visit to avoid disappointment.

  22. All attraction information is subject to change and entry into any participating attraction is subject to the individual attraction’s terms and conditions or entry. Please check the attraction website(s) below before your visit for the latest information;

  23. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these voucher terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

  24. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

  25. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

  26. These terms and conditions and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless your residential address is in Scotland, when Scottish law applies or in the Republic of Ireland, when Irish law applies.
