This offer is available until further notice to Costa Coffee Club members who are GB residents, over 16 years of age and who have registered to use the Costa Coffee Club app (the "App"). All participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.

  1. Invite a friend to join the Costa Coffee Club by forwarding the invitation to them that you will find in the App. The invitation contains a link to the App and your unique invitation code. If your friend follows the link, downloads the App and enters your invitation code when they register on the App, both you and your friend will receive 200 bonus Costa Coffee Club points when your friend first makes a purchase in a participating Costa store that qualifies for Costa Coffee Club points and swipes the App to earn their Costa Coffee Club points on that purchase in accordance with the Costa Coffee Club Membership Terms and Conditions which are available here.

  2. There is no limit to the number of friends you can invite to register on the App however each person you invite must be a GB resident over 16 years of age and must not already be registered on the App. Please note that the Costa Coffee Club Membership Terms and Conditions provide that an individual may only register one membership.

  3. Each friend that registers on the App will also receive 100 bonus Costa Coffee Club points when they register on the App.

  4. Please allow 48 hours for your bonus points to be added to your account. Costa Coffee Club points are issued subject to and strictly in accordance with the Costa Coffee Club Membership Terms and Conditions.

  5. No purchase necessary. No cash alternative. Costa Coffee Club points are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

  6. The promoter processes your personal data in connection with the offer for the purposes of administering and managing the offer. This processing is in order to fulfil a contract or take steps linked to a contract (and if it is not provided, you may not be able to enter into, or the promoter may not be able to fulfil, the contract). Additional information about the purposes for which the promoter processes personal data, how it is processed and data protection rights (including the right to object in circumstances) are set out in the promoter’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found here.

  7. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the terms of this offer at any time. Note of the withdrawal of the offer or the amendment of its terms will be posted on the App. The withdrawal or amendment of the offer will not affect participants who have already earned bonus points in accordance with the terms of the offer before the offer is withdrawn or amended.

  8. The promoter also reserves the right to withdraw, alter or suspend the offer at any time with or without notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

  9. The Promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion to: (i) verify the eligibility of: (a) any person referring a friend; and (b) each friend that registers on the App (including their age and place of residence); and (ii) to disqualify any person found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the offer or endeavouring to earn bonus points using fraudulent means including by registering on the App more than once or who the promoter otherwise believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions.

  10. If the promoter fails to comply with these terms and conditions, the promoter is responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of the promoter's breach of these terms and conditions or its negligence, but it is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of the promoter's breach or if they were contemplated by you and the promoter at the time that you entered the offer.

  11. Save where required by law, the promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions for reasons beyond its control and accepts no responsibility or liability for any attempt to register with or to log-in the App which is unsuccessful or incomplete for technical or other reasons beyond its control.

  12. The offer and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the offer and these terms and conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the offer and these terms and conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

3. Eligibility: This prize promotion is open to GB (England, Scotland and Wales) residents aged 18 years or over only excluding employees and their immediate families of The Promoter, The Supplier, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.

4. Promotional Period: The prize draw opens at 00:01 on 6th September 2021 and closes at 23:59 on 26th September 2021.

5. Entry Instructions:

a. Purchase a qualifying Costa Express product in a participating Tesco outlet during the qualifying period from 00:01 on 6th September 2021 to 23:59 on 26th September 2021.

c. Please retain receipt as proof of purchase.

6. Qualifying products:

Any Costa Express product dispensed by a Costa Express machine. This excludes any Costa at home products or ready to drink cans.

7. Participants must have a mobile phone able to send and receive messages to/from 5-digit short codes. Messages charged at network provider’s standard network rate but there is no charge to the participant for the returned bounce back text message. Texts are not usually included in any text inclusive packages, please check with your network provider if you are not sure of your standard network rate. Users on virtual mobile networks may not be able to text the short code. Please check with your network provider. Text lines are open 24 hours until 23:59 on the closing date. Ask the bill payer before texting. If you text after the closing date, you will not be entered but you will be charged. Take care when entering the text code; the Promoter is not responsible for mistypes and you may be charged at a higher rate. If you are unable to send a text, please check with your network operator first. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries or claims that are delayed or not received due to transmission, network or software problems or any other reason beyond the Promoter’s control.

8. Entry is by text only. Only one entry per purchase transaction during the promotional period (1 text, 1 purchase receipt and 1 entry reply = 1 entry). For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person. A mobile phone number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. A receipt cannot be shared amongst entrants. Any entrant(s) using multiple mobile numbers or sharing receipts to enter the promotion will be disqualified and any prize void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether a participant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

9. No third party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties, consumer groups or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that either a participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data; using multiple mobile phone numbers; using multiple postal addresses; acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter; using identities other than their own; creating fake identities or using any other automated or manual means in order to increase that participant's or a household’s entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, the participants and their household will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.

10. Proof of purchase will not be accepted as proof of entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.

11. Prizes: One hundred and fifty winners will be drawn. Each will receive a £100 Tesco voucher to redeem at Tesco.

11.1 Usage, redemption, expiry date and any form of claims related to the Tesco vouchers are bound by the separate terms and conditions of those vouchers outlined by Tesco.

12. Winner Selection: The winners will be drawn using a random number generator within 14 days of the closing date.

13. Winner Notification: The winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that they respond to the winner notification, by following the instructions on the notification. If a winner does not respond within the initial 7 days, they will be phoned/texted again and given a further 7 days to respond. If contact cannot be made, or the prize is not claimed, within 14 days of the initial prize notification date an alternative winner will be drawn. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

14. General: The entry instructions form part of the terms. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the terms.

15. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

16. Prizes must be accepted as offered by the named winner. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part. The prize is not transferable. Unless agreed in writing by The Supplier, sale of the prize for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud.

17. The Supplier reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winners and ask for proof of purchase, identity, age and address and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.

19. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these terms and conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try and circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

20. Entry into the Promotion is at the entrant's sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) suffered by entrants or any third parties arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or accepting a prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person relating to or resulting from participation with this Promotion save that nothing in these terms and conditions shall act to limit or exclude the Promoter's liability resulting from its negligence or fraud.

21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to, lost, delayed or not received entries, winner notifications or prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.

22. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to: industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter. The Supplier bears sole responsibility for supply of the prize and Tesco cannot be held responsible for any claims relating to the prizes up until the point of receipt.

23. The application and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.

24. Your data will be passed onto a third-party fulfilment service provider for the purposes of administering the prize. The surname and county of the winners will be made available to anyone who requests this within 3 months of the closing date. Participants may request their name and county is not published in the event they win, before the closing date. Your details will not be passed onto any third party for any other purpose without prior consent. This data will be kept secure and in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018. Entrants' personal data will be used and held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

1. Who can enter:

  • 1.1 The promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales who are aged 18 or over when they enter the promotion, excluding employees of Costa Coffee and its subcontractors, subsidiaries and anyone professionally connected with the promotion and their immediate families.

2. How to enter:

  • 2.1 There is no purchase necessary to enter the promotion. To enter the promotion you must provide feedback on your store visit by visiting feedbacktocosta.co.uk and following the instructions. Once your feedback has been received (including your contact details, where requested) you will automatically be entered into the promotion.

  • 2.2 Your data will be used only by Costa for the purposes of administering the promotion and by Clarabridge for the collection of feedback responses.

  • 2.3 Text messages will be charged at your standard network rate and your mobile number will not be disclosed to any third parties for marketing purposes.

  • 2.4 Only one entry per person per month is allowed; multiple entries from individuals will not be permitted.

  • 2.5 The promotional period will run from 00:00 on 03 January 2021 until 23:59 on 31 December 2021.

3. Selection and prize details:

  • 3.1 On or before the first Friday of each month following the month in respect of which entries are received, a winner will be drawn at random by computer for the preceding month. Each winner will be notified that they have won by email within two weeks of the relevant draw. There will be two winners every month.

  • 3.2 Each winner will a £50 amazon voucher.

  • 3.3 There is no cash or other alternative prize available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value. If a winner cannot be contacted within four weeks after the promoter first tries to contact them in accordance with paragraph 3.1, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw that winner's prize and award that prize to an alternative winner drawn at random by computer from the participants who participated in the relevant draw.

4. Other terms:
