This promotion is open to new and existing Costa Coffee Club members who are GB residents, over 16 years of age and who meet the criteria below. By participating in this offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.

This promotion will run from 00.01 on Monday 6 July 2020 to 23.59 on Friday 31 July 2020 (the "Promotion Period").

300 bonus Costa Coffee Club points (which have a value of £3 when redeemed in participating Costa Stores) will be added to your Costa Coffee Club account during the Promotion Period as follows:

  • Existing Costa Coffee Club app users: 300 bonus Costa Coffee Club points will be added to your Costa Coffee Club account by 6/7/2020 provided you have earned points on the app between 06/03/2019 and 04/07/2020. If you last earned points prior to 6/3/2019 and your account is still active then simply log back in to the app before 31/07/2020 with your existing login details and you will receive 300 bonus Costa Coffee Club points. If your Coffee Club account has been deleted in line with our data retention policy, then you must register for a new Coffee Club account by 31/07/2020 in order to receive the 300 bonus points.

  • Existing Costa Coffee Club card users: 300 bonus Costa Coffee Club points will be added to your Costa Coffee Club account on the date of your first log-in to the Costa Coffee Club app during the Promotion Period;

  • New Costa Coffee Club members: 300 bonus Costa Coffee Club points will be added to your Costa Coffee Club account on the date you register as a member of the Costa Coffee Club using the Costa Coffee Club app during the Promotion Period.

Costa Coffee Club points are issued subject to and strictly in accordance with the Costa Coffee Club Membership Terms and Conditions which are available here. You must redeem the 300 bonus Costa Coffee Club points within one (1) year of the date of the bonus points being added to your Costa Coffee Club account.

No purchase necessary. No cash alternative. Costa Coffee Club points are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

The promoter processes your personal data in connection with the promotion for the purposes of administering and managing the promotion. This processing is in order to fulfil a contract or take steps linked to a contract (and if it is not provided, you may not be able to enter into, or the promoter may not be able to fulfil, the contract). Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of the promoter's breach or if they were contemplated by you and the promoter at the time that you entered the promotion.

Save where required by law, the promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions for reasons beyond its control and accepts no responsibility or liability for any attempt to register with or to log-in the Costa Coffee Club app which is unsuccessful or incomplete for technical or other reasons beyond its control.

The promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the promotion and these terms and conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the promotion and these terms and conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts.

This offer is available until further notice to Costa Coffee Club members who are GB residents, over 16 years of age and who have registered to use the Costa Coffee Club app (the "App"). All participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.

  1. Invite a friend to join the Costa Coffee Club by forwarding the invitation to them that you will find in the App. The invitation contains a link to the App and your unique invitation code. If your friend follows the link, downloads the App and enters your invitation code when they register on the App, both you and your friend will receive 200 bonus Costa Coffee Club points when your friend first makes a purchase in a participating Costa store that qualifies for Costa Coffee Club points and swipes the App to earn their Costa Coffee Club points on that purchase in accordance with the Costa Coffee Club Membership Terms and Conditions which are available here.

  2. There is no limit to the number of friends you can invite to register on the App however each person you invite must be a GB resident over 16 years of age and must not already be registered on the App. Please note that the Costa Coffee Club Membership Terms and Conditions provide that an individual may only register one membership.

  3. Each friend that registers on the App will also receive 100 bonus Costa Coffee Club points when they register on the App. If they register before 23.59 on 31 July 2020 whilst we are running our 'First ones on us' promotion, they will receive 300 points Costa Coffee Club points instead of 100.

  4. Please allow 48 hours for your bonus points to be added to your account. Costa Coffee Club points are issued subject to and strictly in accordance with the Costa Coffee Club Membership Terms and Conditions.

1. Who can enter:

  • 1.1 The promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales who are aged 18 or over when they enter the promotion, excluding employees of Whitbread and its subcontractors, subsidiaries and anyone professionally connected with the promotion and their immediate families.

2. How to enter:

  • 2.1 There is no purchase necessary to enter the promotion. To enter the promotion you must provide feedback on your store visit by visiting feedbacktocosta.co.uk and following the instructions. Once your feedback has been received (including your contact details, where requested) you will automatically be entered into the promotion.

  • 2.2 Your data will be used only by Costa for the purposes of administering the promotion and by Clarabridge for the collection of feedback responses.

  • 2.3 Text messages will be charged at your standard network rate and your mobile number will not be disclosed to any third parties for marketing purposes.

  • 2.4 Only one entry per person per month is allowed; multiple entries from individuals will not be permitted.

  • 2.5 The promotional period will run from 00:00 on 02 January 2020 until 23:59 on 02 January 2021.

3. Selection and prize details:

  • 3.1 On or before the first Friday of each month following the month in respect of which entries are received, a winner will be drawn at random by computer for the preceding month. Each winner will be notified that they have won by email within two weeks of the relevant draw. There will be two winners every month.

  • 3.2 Each winner will a £50 amazon voucher.

  • 3.3 There is no cash or other alternative prize available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value. If a winner cannot be contacted within four weeks after the promoter first tries to contact them in accordance with paragraph 3.1, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw that winner's prize and award that prize to an alternative winner drawn at random by computer from the participants who participated in the relevant draw.

4. Other terms:

1.1 By entering the promotion (the "Promotion"), all participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

1.2 The Promotion is open to selected Costa Coffee Club members (GB residents, 16+) who receive an email from us inviting them to participate in the Promotion.

2. THE PROMOTION

2.1 To enter the Promotion, click the button marked 'Give Free Coffees' before 11.59 (BST) on 27/06/2020 to confirm that the postcode we have registered for you is correct and we will deliver a free can of Costa Coffee to you and to each household that shares your postcode (up to a maximum of 1320 households/products).

2.2 Where more than 1320 households share your postcode, we will deliver to the households that we believe are closest to yours.

2.3 Delivery will take place between 06/07/2020 and 31/07/2020. We will send you an email in to let you know that your Costa Coffee cans are on the way.

3. LIABILITY

3.1 We shall not be liable in the event that we are unable to make delivery of any can of Costa Coffee to you or any household because no one is available at to accept delivery on the date that we have notified to you. We shall also not be liable for failure to deliver any can of Costa Coffee where this is due to reasons beyond our reasonable control.

3.2 If we fail to comply with these terms and conditions, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms and conditions or our negligence, but it is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by you and us at the time that you entered the promotion.

3.3 Except as otherwise required by applicable law, we accepts no responsibility or liability for any entry which for technical or other reasons is unsuccessful, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected.

4. GENERAL

4.1 Costa Coffee products provided in connection with this Promotion may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without our consent.

4.2 Any images are an illustrative example and may not show the exact Costa Coffee product that will be delivered.

4.3 personal data submitted in connection with the Promotion will be processed by us and our fulfilment agency the Circle Agency Limited of Unit 10, The Aquarium, King Street, Reading, RG1 2AN, for the purposes of verifying the eligibility of each participant, administering and managing the Promotion and distributing the cans of Costa Coffee. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all participants. Data that is collected from or about participants will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy (which also includes information about the data rights of participants), a copy of which can be found at www.costa.co.uk/privacy-policy. Data submitted in connection with the Promotion will only be retained by us and the Circle Agency Limited for as long as such data is required for the administration of the Promotion and the distribution of the cans of Costa Coffee.

4.4 We reserve the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable.

4.5 The Promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these terms and conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of Scottish law and can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these terms and conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts.
