Earn Costa Club Beans on delivery orders

Promotion terms and conditions

Terms & Conditions:

  1. This promotion is open to Costa Club members aged 18 or over on the date they enter this promotion, who have registered online for and hold an active Costa Club account, whether via the Costa Club app (the “App”) or a Costa Club card (a “Card”), who also have an active account on the Uber Eats App or ubereats.com delivery platform in England, Scotland and Wales (“Delivery Platform”) and who comply with these terms and conditions (“Eligible Member(s)”).

  2. This promotion is available, unless withdrawn sooner, for Costa Coffee stores enabled on the Delivery Platform from the time that store is available to order from on the Delivery Platform on 22 October 2025 until it closes, becomes unavailable, or is unable to accept orders on the Delivery Platform on 21 April 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).   3. All participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full. Please retain a copy for your information. These terms and conditions should be read, where applicable, together with the Costa Club membership terms and conditions which can be found here.

  4. Participants who are App users must have downloaded the latest version of the App in order to participate.

  5. To participate, an Eligible Member must, during the Promotion Period:

    1. Visit and successfully log in to their account on the Delivery Platform.

    2. Select the Costa Coffee store of their choice on the Delivery Platform.

    3. Follow the on-screen instructions to link their Costa Club account to the Delivery Platform. To link a Costa Club account, the Eligible Member must insert and submit their Costa Club membership identification number (found in the App by clicking “Scan at Shop” and then looking underneath the QR code displayed, or, for Card users, on the reverse of the Card) (their “Costa Club Number”) into the box shown on-screen. A message will be shown on screen if their account has been successfully linked to the Delivery Platform. Eligible Members must check and enter their Costa Club Number carefully. Costa will not be responsible for any typos, or for invalid, incorrect or inaccurately submitted Costa Club Numbers.

    4. Select an Eligible Product (see paragraph 6 below for details of what constitutes an Eligible Product for the purposes of this promotion) from the menu of that Costa Coffee store and add it to their basket.

    5. Successfully complete and pay in full for the order. Eligible Members are encouraged to check that their Costa Club Number has been applied before proceeding to checkout and payment.

  6. For the purposes of this promotion, “Eligible Products” are hot and cold handcrafted drinks (of any size) displayed on the menu of a Costa Coffee store enabled on the Delivery Platform at the time of purchase. Bottled or pre-packaged drinks, including cartons and cans, are not Eligible Products. Eligible Products are subject to availability.

  7. Provided that all the steps set out in paragraph 5 above have been complied with, and the order has been marked with and assigned a “Delivered” status by the Delivery Platform, Costa will award one virtual stamp (“Bean”) to the Eligible Member’s Costa Club account for each Eligible Product included in the order that is subject to the “Delivered” status.

  8. Beans should be awarded to a Costa Club account within 48 hours of the “Delivered” status on the Delivery Platform. Costa does not accept any liability for any delays in Beans being awarded to Costa Club accounts. Please contact Costa using the details at paragraph 20 below with any questions regarding the award of Beans to a Costa Club account. For the avoidance of doubt, Beans will not be awarded if a “Delivered” status has not been assigned by the Delivery Platform, including, without limitation, where an order has been cancelled prior to delivery and/or before receiving a “Delivered” status.

  9. Beans cannot be earned via this promotion:

    1. if the Eligible Member fails or omits to link their Costa Club account to the Delivery Platform before placing and paying for an order, or if their Costa Club Number is not submitted when placing an order (see paragraph 5 above, in particular 5.c, for full requirements). It is the responsibility of the Eligible Member to complete these steps before placing and paying for an order, and Beans will not be awarded retrospectively where an Eligible Member fails or omits to complete these steps. Costa cannot be held responsible if a failure to link a Costa Club account and/or failure to submit a Costa Club Number affects the award of a Bean;

    2. if the Eligible Member submits an inaccurate or invalid Costa Club Number via the Delivery Platform when linking their Costa Club account and/or when placing an order;

    3. on purchases of any items other than Eligible Products;

    4. on Eligible Products that are awarded or provided free of charge. For example, if there is a buy‑one‑get‑one‑free offer on a handcrafted drink on the Delivery Platform, the second drink provided free of charge will not earn a Bean;

    5. if all the steps set out in paragraph 5 above have not been complied with;

    6. for orders that are not placed on the Delivery Platform, or that are placed after the expiry of the Promotion Period; and/or

    7. to persons who are not Eligible Members and/or who otherwise do not comply with these terms and conditions.

  10. For the avoidance of doubt, provided these terms and conditions have been complied with, if an Eligible Member purchases multiple Eligible Products in a single order, they will receive the number of Beans corresponding to the total number of Eligible Products purchased. The earning of Beans is not limited to one Bean per order.

  11. Costa Club free drinks or other rewards cannot be redeemed in connection with this promotion or on the Delivery Platform. Rewards may only be redeemed in accordance with, and subject to, the Costa Club membership terms and conditions, which can be found here.

  12. Beans have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be resold. Beans can only be earned via the Delivery Platform as set out in these terms and conditions. Any Beans obtained otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions will be invalid.

  13. Beans are personal to the Eligible Member and cannot be pooled with Beans earned by another Eligible Member.

  14. Please also refer to the “Expiry and Cancellation” section of the Costa Club membership terms and conditions (available here) for further details on the expiry and cancellation of Beans and Costa Club accounts. Note in particular that: (i) Beans will expire if an Eligible Member has not used their App and/or (if applicable) Card to earn Beans in the past twelve (12) months; (ii) expired Beans cannot be reinstated to the App and/or a Card (if applicable); and (iii) if a membership is cancelled, any Beans that have not been converted to Rewards or Swaps Rewards will be lost.

  15. This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash. Costa Club Numbers and accounts cannot be sold, shared, or exchanged in connection with this promotion.

  16. This promotion is not available in or from Costa Coffee stores except via the Delivery Platform, in the manner and as stated in these terms and conditions. It does not apply to, and is not available from, Costa Express self‑service coffee machines, Proud to Serve outlets, Costa Kiosks, or through Costa’s Click & Collect, Click & Serve, or Order at Table services.

  17. The opening hours and hours of operation of Costa Stores enabled on the Delivery Platform are subject to change without notice, may vary from store to store, and any store may close, become unavailable, or be unable to accept orders on the Delivery Platform without notice.

  18. Costa reserves the right, at any time and in its absolute discretion, to verify and interrogate the eligibility of any participant or Eligible Member in connection with this promotion and/or the award of Beans.

  19. If:

    1. a participant or Eligible Member is in breach of these terms and conditions;

    2. Costa has reasonable grounds to suspect that a participant or Eligible Member is engaged in fraudulent or other unlawful conduct or activities relating to Costa, the App, a Card and/or the Delivery Platform in connection with this promotion;

    3. the participant or Eligible Member supplies false or misleading information to Costa, Uber Eats, or via the Delivery Platform in connection with this promotion; and/or

    4. a participant or Eligible Member is found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of this promotion or endeavouring to earn Beans using fraudulent means including (but not limited to) by using multiple Costa Club accounts, the Costa Club Number of another person, and/or sharing membership information to enable others to participate in this promotion.

      Costa may forfeit any or all Beans accrued by that participant or Eligible Member under this promotion and suspend their right to collect Beans via, and otherwise participate in, this promotion.

  20. Costa’s decision in respect of this promotion and any participant or Eligible Member is final and binding. Complaints regarding this promotion should be sent in writing to Customer Services, Costa Limited, 3 Knaves Beech Business Centre, Davies Way, Loudwater, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP10 9QR or via our contact form.

  21. Beans earned through this promotion are not covered by any compensation scheme.

  22. Costa reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or amend the terms of this promotion at any time. Notice of the suspension or withdrawal of this promotion or the amendment of its terms will be posted on the Costa website. However, Costa reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

  23. No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices or bulk entries are permitted or accepted.

  24. If Costa fails to comply with these terms and conditions, Costa is responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of Costa’s breach of these terms and conditions or its negligence, but it is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of Costa’s breach or if it was contemplated by you and Costa at the time that you redeemed (or attempted to redeem) this promotion.

  25. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Costa accepts no responsibility or liability for any inability to collect Beans, or to participate in this promotion, where such inability is, for technical or other reasons, unsuccessful, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, corrupted, or misdirected.

  26. Costa has no control over internet or communication networks and / or the operation of the Delivery Platform and is not liable for any problems associated with it due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.

  27. Costa will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, any attempt to register with, or to log-in to, the Delivery Platform, link a Costa Club account to the Delivery Platform, and/or enter a Costa Club Number into the Delivery Platform which is unsuccessful or incomplete, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent the redemption of this promotion and/or the award of Beans.

  28. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits Costa’s liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for Costa to exclude or restrict its liability.

  29. By linking your Costa Club account on the Delivery Platform, you are allowing Uber to share the information you provide with Costa to associate your order details with your loyalty account. Uber will process the loyalty information it receives in accordance with its Privacy Policy here. Costa will process the loyalty information shared in accordance with its Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found at www.costa.co.uk/privacy-policy. Costa Club members can request access to their personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to costadpo@costacoffee.com.

  30. If any of these paragraphs should be determined to be illegal, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining paragraphs shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

  31. This promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this promotion and these terms and conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this promotion and these terms and conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts.
