Hot Chocolate Truffles
Impress your friends with these delicious chocolate truffles made using our luxurious Hot Chocolate.

Makes: Approx. 24 truffles
Ingredients:
90g Unsalted Butter
397g (1 tin) Condensed Milk
70g Costa Coffee Hot Chocolate Powder
2 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
Method:
1. Place the butter, condensed milk and hot chocolate powder into a saucepan and place on a medium heat until the butter is fully melted and mixture is smooth.
2. Keep stirring to ensure the mix doesn’t burn for 5-10 minutes, you should find that the mixture thickens significantly to the point it holds a shape as you stir.
3. When the mixture is done leave to chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours until completely cold.
4. The chilled mixture should be thick enough to form into chocolate balls, if this isn’t the case stir a little extra cocoa powder into the mix until it is.
5. Then roll into about 24 small chocolate truffle balls and coat in the cocoa powder then serve.
