Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Ingredients
160g butter (unsalted)
125ml Costa Choc Fudge Brownie Frappé
100g caster sugar
100g soft brown sugar
160g plain flour
75g cocoa powder
2 large eggs
1 tbsp. cornflour
½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
65g milk chocolate chunks
65g dark chocolate chunks
23cm x 23cm tin - greased and lined with baking paper
Method
Pre heat oven to 190C/170C fan/GM 5.
Heat the butter and Costa Choc Fudge Brownie Frappé frappe in a saucepan until the butter has just melted (do not boil).
Place the sugars into a mixing bowl and beat in the eggs along with the warm melted butter and frappe until smooth.
In a separate bowl mix together the flour, cornflour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
Sieve the dry ingredients and add into the wet, then mix until just combined.
Stir through the chocolate chunks and pour into the lined tin.
Bake for 18-22 minutes until the edges are firm and the top of the brownies shiny. The centre should be slightly under baked but not too wobbly.
Leave to cool before slicing then serve.
