To collect points the easy way, simply scan your phone at the till whenever you make a purchase. You also have instant access to your balance, updated in real time.

General
How can I get the app?
The app is free and available for iPhone, iPad, and Android users. Simply search for 'Costa' on the App Store or Google Play.
Can I keep using my card?
Absolutely! Points collected with both the card and the app will count towards your balance.
Do I need to be a Coffee Club member?
Existing Coffee Club members simply sign in. New customers can register for a Coffee Club account in the app! If you have a card, but never registered with the Coffee Club, you can type in your card number as part of the registration process.
Where can I use the app?
Most of our stores already have scanners, and more are coming soon! From the store locator on the website or in app, you can filter for stores that accept the mobile app.
How quickly does my balance update?
In most cases your balance will update immediately, and always within a few minutes. If you don't have an internet connection in store, your balance will update later when you do.
What happens if the scan doesn't work?
If the scan fails, check with the barista and try again. If necessary, you can also access your card number from the card page on the app, and the barista can manually adjust your points.
What happens if the app crashes or my device runs out of battery?
If for any reason you cannot collect points in store, ask the barista for a receipt and your points can be added retrospectively on your next visit.
Can I use multiple cards on one account?
Customers are limited to one card per account. If you would like to combine all your balances on to one card, please contact our Customer Services team.
What should I do if I lose my phone?
If you lose your phone, log in to your Coffee Club account and notify Customer Services who will place your account on hold. Changing your password will also prevent anyone else logging in to the Coffee Club app.
