Whether you’re looking for a career opportunity, part time work, in store or office roles, you can find all the information on our careers page.
I would like to ask a question about a new store opening
If a new Costa store is looking to recruit a notice will be displayed on the premises giving full instructions on how to apply. This usually takes place approximately 6 weeks before the store is due to trade.

In some cases we also advertise vacancies for new stores via the local Job Centre so you may want to keep an eye on their jobs lists as well.
I would like to know what work experience programs Costa runs
At Costa we do currently run a Work Experience programme in a number of our stores.

Please visit your store of choice where the Store Manager will be able to advise if they are participating in the programme and discuss the placement criteria in further detail.
I would like to know about the minimum working age at Costa
Employees must be of the minimum school leaving age to work in a Costa store. This is worked out as follows:

- In England and Wales if your 16th birthday falls within the current academic year then you can leave school on the last Friday in June of the current academic year.

- In Scotland if your 16th birthday is between 1st March – 30th September you cannot leave school until the 31st May of that year. If you birthday is between 1st October – 29th February then you cannot leave school until the beginning of your school’s Christmas holidays.

- In Northern Ireland if your birthday is within the current academic year then you can leave school on 30th June of the current academic year.

For other types of Costas such as kiosks and outlets (eg working at a railway station) you must be 18 years old or over as you may be required to work on your own for part of the time.

What is the Costa Coffee Club?
The Costa Coffee Club is a way to collect points and save money in participating Costa stores. You'll get 5 points for every £1 you spend and each point is worth 1p. So as your points build up you can spend them on your favourite food and drink in store.

How do I register my Coffee Club Card?
It's easy. Register here and you can start earning points in next to no time.
How do I report a lost, stolen or damaged card?
Sorry, it's really annoying when that happens isn't it? Not to worry though. Log into your Costa Coffee Club Card account using your username and password and then visit our Report Card Lost or Stolen Page to access your Coffee Club account and you can sort it out in no time.

Note: Once a card has been reported lost, you will notice an active card showing on your account whilst it is being processed. Please do not report your card lost again as this is referring to your replacement card.
How do I update my account information?
Want to let us know you've changed your details? No problem, you can do that by logging into your account and clicking the 'Account Details' tab.
How do I change my password?
Enter your email address here and a new password will be generated and emailed to you. After logging in with your new password, you will be prompted to change it before continuing.
Where are my nearest participating stores?
Not all our stores accept Coffee Club cards. You can use your card in any store where you see a Coffee Club poster. If you're not sure, ask one of our friendly Baristas. View a full list of participating stores
I want to unsubscribe from your emails.
Are you sure? How else will you find out about any special offers or promotions we're running? If you're really sure you can update your account information here or by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.
Can I protect the points balance on my card?
By registering, it will also be security protected; and what's more, if you lose or damage your card we'll replace it and the points balance free of charge. Register your new card today at
What happens if the card is stolen and used before I report it lost?
Unfortunately, we can only transfer your unused points and money balance to a replacement card once the card has been reported lost. We cannot reimburse any balance used in between the loss of the card and you visiting this website and reporting it lost.
Does my card have an expiry date?
No. However, if inactive for a period of one year or more, your card will become invalid and the remaining balance will not be transferable to a new card and cannot be refunded.
