What's New? We’re always looking to give our landlords the best possible experience when working with us so we regularly update our services and offerings. Find out about recent developments and the next big thing. Costa Espresso Good news for all our fans, we can now offer a brand new way to make sure they get a Costa fix when they’re on the go! We recently launched a brand new concept store at London St James’s Park. The ‘Espresso’ concept is designed especially for busy commuters, shoppers and anyone using London transport that wants to grab a quick (yet perfectly crafted) cup of coffee. The design team here at Costa really excelled themselves in creating an innovative counter design and in-store environment for these small stores. The store only opened in February 2013 but already has its own following and further stores are set to follow – if you’re interested grab a coffee with a member of the London Property Team. London Growth As the nations favourite coffee shop we think it’s pretty important that if our fans want a Costa, they find a Costa! And no more so than in the London area. In 2012 we opened our award winning ‘Metro’ format stores in Marlborough Street and Oxford Street. But we’re not stopping there! There are more sites in development, but we’re always interested in finding more. Have you got the next award winning Costa? Tell our London Property Team about it over a coffee! Drive Thru Expansion Another of our innovations is the introduction of our Drive Thru’s, and we now have 27 of these super convenient ways to buy coffee up and running. Now it’s time for us to bring Costa to more fans stuck on Britain’s motorways, if you’ve got the space – we’ve got the coffee, get in touch with a member of the Costa Property Team.
