Caramel Espresso Martini
Love having cocktails at home, but not sure how to make them? We’ve got you covered. Shake it up with these caramel espresso martinis, that are almost too easy to make when you use our Caramel Latte Ready-To-Go Cans.

1 x 250ml Costa Caramel Latte Can, at room temperature
50ml coffee liqueur (e.g. Kahlua or Tia Maria)
10ml sugar syrup, optional
Handful of ice cubes
6 Costa Signature Coffee Beans, to serve
1. Chill 2 martini glasses while you prepare your cocktail.
2. Pour half the Costa Caramel Latte Can into a cocktail shaker along with the vodka, coffee liqueur, sugar syrup and ice.
3. Firmly fit the lid of the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds until well-chilled.
4. Remove the glasses from the freezer and strain the cocktail, equally, into each. Top both glasses with 3 coffee beans and enjoy!
