INTRODUCTION

1.1. Upon entry into this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

1.2 The promoter is Costa Limited (company no 01270695) whose registered office is at 3 Knaves Beech Business Centre, Davies Way, Loudwater, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire HP10 9QR ("Costa"). The prize provider is Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (“CCEP”).

1.3 This promotion is open to Costa Club App members who have opted-in to receive marketing emails from Costa and who are residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over at the date on which they are entered into the promotion (“Eligible Member(s)”). Costa Club members who use a card and employees or officers of Costa, CCEP or any of their group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion and any member of their respective immediate families and will not be eligible for entry into this promotion.

1.4 This promotion opens at 00:01 on Wednesday 4 February 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Tuesday 10 February 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

2. ENTRY TO THE PROMOTION

2.1 An Eligible Member who redeems, the “£1 Coca-Cola Zero Sugar” offer (the “Offer”) uploaded on 4 February 2026 to the “Rewards” section of their Costa Club App account in a participating store before that voucher expires on the 10 February 2026 will be automatically entered into this promotion. To opt-out of this promotion, please contact CostaEPLOptOut@costacoffee.com. If an Eligible Member redeems, the Offer after the end of the Promotion Period, they will not be entered into this promotion or be eligible to win the prize. 2.1.1 to redeem the Offer, visit a participating Costa GB store during the Promotion Period, select a 500ml bottle of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar (“Promotion Drink”), activate ‘£1 Coca-Cola Zero Sugar’ in the ‘Rewards’ section of the Costa Club App, tap ‘Use Now’ and scan the Costa Club App when purchasing the Promotion Drink to pay £1 for it.

2.1.2 The Offer is only valid on one transaction and for one Promotion Drink. If you are purchasing multiple Promotion Drinks in one transaction, you will receive one of those Promotion Drinks for £1; the other Promotion Drinks and items in your order will be charged at full price.

2.1.3 Subject to availability, while stocks last.

2.1.4 This Offer is only available in-store and is not available through our Click & Collect, Delivery, Express, Proud To Serve or Order at Table services.

2.1.5 This Offer cannot be exchanged for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. 2.2 Only the Eligible Member who complies with clause 2.1 above will be entered into this promotion. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details including but not limited to creating multiple Costa Club App loyalty accounts will be disqualified from this promotion.

In order to participate in this promotion, you must have an internet connection and have downloaded the latest version of the Costa Club App and successfully completed the membership registration process (please see Terms of Use - Costa Club | Costa Coffee for details of the terms and conditions which apply to a Costa Club membership and the Costa Club App).

There will only be one entry per Eligible Member who complies with clause 2.1 above made; additional entries will not be made or counted.

3. THE PRIZE

3.1 There is 1 prize in total to be won consisting of the following:

VIP Trophy Experience

3.1.1 VIP Trophy Experience. The winner and up to three guests will see the English Premier League (“EPL”) trophy in person at a secret location on either Sunday 22 March 2026 or Sunday 12 April 2026, in their choice of one of the following cities: London, Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds. The winner and their guests will have the opportunity to have their photo taken with the EPL trophy. Attendance is subject to EPL trophy and venue rules, which will be provided to the winner.

All travel to and from the secret location (travel method to be arranged at the CCEP’s discretion) and two nights’ accommodation for the winner and their guests in two double rooms at a 4‑star or equivalent hotel will be provided. The winner will receive either: (a) breakfast on Sunday and Monday and dinner on Saturday and Sunday at the hotel, or (b) a £400 food and drink allowance (provided by BACS transfer or prepaid credit card). CCEP will confirm which option applies.

Travel dates will be either 21–23 March 2026 or 11–13 April 2026, depending on the selected experience date. All guests must travel with the winner on the same itinerary.

3.1.2 The winner shall be able to invite up to 59 additional guests to the VIP Trophy Experience. Attendance is subject to venue and event rules, which will be provided to the winner and their guests.

Lunch, a selection of refreshments (alcoholic and non‑alcoholic) and snacks will be provided for all attendees. Dietary requirements will be accommodated where possible.

Travel to and from the secret location is not provided for the additional (up to) 59 guests. All guests must comply with any security, behavioural or other requirements applicable at the venue. Guests must be aged 18 or over where alcohol is served, unless accompanied by a responsible adult, subject to venue policy.

3.4 The prize is subject to these terms and conditions, Odeon’s general admission terms and conditions (“Odeon Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at https://www.odeon.co.uk/privacy-and-legal/general-admission-terms/. In the event of any conflict between the Odeon Terms and Conditions, and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will take precedence.

3.5 CCEP reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with an alternative at any time, to the equivalent prize value.

3.6 The prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash in whole or in part. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying guests notified to CCEP. No alternative dates will be offered. Transport must be taken by the winner all guests at the same time from the same location. Once the winner has made their booking, this cannot be amended.

3.7 The winner and their guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification and any necessary travel documentation.

4. WINNERS

4.1 There will be a total of 1 winner selected at random from all eligible entries on 16 February 2026, using a randomised computer process.

4.2 The winner will be notified before 23:59 on 19 February by email to the email account they have used to register their Costa Club App account and will be given details of how to claim their prize. Costa Club App members are encouraged to monitor this email account between 16 February 2026 to 20 February 2026 in case they are a winner.

4.3 The winner will have 5 days to claim the prize and confirm their details. Once the prize is accepted the winner’s details will be passed over to CCEP for prize fulfilment.

4.4 If a prize is not claimed or is declined, then the prize will be forfeited and Costa reserves the right to make another draw and to allocate the prize to the next available winner. Costa is not responsible for winners failing to supply accurate and timely information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize

5. CONDITIONS

5.1 Each winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity as may be required by Costa in respect of the promotion.

5.2 No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices or bulk entries are permitted or accepted.

5.3 All costs and expenses not included within the prize and are the responsibility of the winner(s).

5.4 Costa reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:

verify the eligibility of any participant (including their age and place of residence);

disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or entering/winning using fraudulent means, or who Costa believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions;

disqualify participants who do not give correct contact details or those who make an entry, or have created a Costa Club App account, on someone else's behalf; and

disqualify any participant that is, in Costa’s opinion, inappropriate, disrespectful, offensive or upsetting to other participants, fans of Costa or who acts contrary to applicable law and/or the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising, Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing (CAP Code).

6. LIABILITY

6.1 Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Costa accepts no responsibility or liability for any entry or claim which, for technical or other reasons, is unsuccessful, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, corrupted, or misdirected. Costa shall not be liable for a failure to fulfil this promotion or for any breach of these terms and conditions caused by events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6.2 Costa has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. Costa will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, any attempt to register with or to log-in to the Costa Club App or any attempt to redeem a offer which is unsuccessful or incomplete, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent entry to the promotion.

6.3 Costa and its associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

6.4 Where CCEP makes any changes to the prize, no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. CCEP will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying guests suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of CCEP in relation to personal injury or death caused by CCEP negligence or for fraud.

7. GENERAL

7.2 Costa reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the prizes or these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

7.3 Any images are an illustrative example and do not show the exact prize(s).

7.4 All personal data submitted in connection with the promotion will be processed by Costa for the purposes of administering and managing the promotion and prizes (where applicable) and verifying the eligibility of each participant. Costa is committed to protecting the privacy of all participants. Personal data that is collected from or about participants will be used in accordance with Costa’s Privacy Policy (which also includes information about the data rights of participants), a copy of which can be found at www.costa.co.uk/privacy-policy. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to costadpo@costacoffee.com. All personal data submitted for the purposes of prize fulfilment will be processed by CCEP. Personal data that is collected from or about the winner and their guests will be processed in accordance with CCEP’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found at (see https://www.cocacolaep.com/company/privacy-notice/. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described in this section.

7.5 The winner gives Costa permission to publish their surname and county of residence to members of the public or regulators who request this information within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. The winner has the right to request that their name not be published in the public domain, to do so they must notify Costa that they do not wish us to make these details available. Please note that Costa will nonetheless be required to provide the names of all prize winners to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested to do so.

7.6 If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

7.7 The promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the promotion and these terms and conditions in the English and Welsh courts. If you live in Scotland, you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of Scottish law and can bring legal proceedings in respect of the promotion and these terms and conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts.
