Bonus Bean (single use) 

1. This promotion is open to selected Costa Club members who are GB residents and have received this promotion in the ‘Rewards’ section of their Costa Club App and/or by email.  

2. By participating in this promotion, the Costa Club member will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.

5. To redeem this promotion, visit any Costa Express machine or Costa store in Great Britain participating in Costa Club App scheme between 00:01 on 14/11/2024 and 23:59 on 20/11/2024 (the “Promotion Period”), activate ‘Bonus Bean’ in the ‘Rewards’ section of the Costa Club App, tap ‘Use Now’, and scan the QR code shown when buying any handcrafted drink listed on the menu board of the participating Costa store or drink listed on the menu of the Costa Express machine (“Eligible Drink”) to receive one additional bean.  

6. To redeem this promotion using Click & Collect, during the Promotion Period, go to the Click & Collect menu on the Costa Club App, select an Eligible Drink, add 'Bonus Bean’ from the ‘Rewards’ section on the checkout page, and complete and pay for your order to receive one additional bean. 

7. This promotion is only valid for one Eligible Drink per Costa Club member, and only one additional bean will be issued during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of Eligible Drinks purchased. However, if multiple Eligible Drinks are purchased in one transaction or during the Promotion Period, the Costa Club member will still receive the number of beans that corresponds with the total number of Eligible Drinks purchased (e.g. if four Eligible drinks are purchased, four beans will still be earned). An Eligible Drink purchased using a suitable reusable cup (i.e. a reusable cup that is clean, of an appropriate size for the purchased barista-prepared drink, with a secure lid) will still earn 2 beans (e.g. if two Eligible Drinks are purchased using a suitable reusable cup, four beans will still be earned). The store manager's decision as to the acceptability of any reusable cup will be final. 

8. This promotion does not apply to alcoholic beverages.

9. This promotion is only available in-store, via Click & Collect and Costa Express machines. It is not available through our Delivery, Proud To Serve or Order at Table services or on Costa touch screen machines.  

10. This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or voucher.  

11. This promotion will not apply, and you will not receive an additional bean if: (i) you pay for an Eligible Drink with a Costa Coffee Gift Card; and/or (ii) use a Costa Club free drink reward to redeem an Eligible Drink. 

12. This promotion is non-transferable, has no cash value and no cash alternative is available.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.  

15. Save where required by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions for reasons beyond its control.  

16. If the Promoter fails to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter is responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of the Promoter’s breach of these terms and conditions or its negligence, but it is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of the Promoter’s breach or if it was contemplated by you and the Promoter at the time that you redeemed (or attempted to redeem) this promotion.  

17. This promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this promotion and these terms and conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this promotion and these terms and conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts.
