Free Drink in Store (single use)

1. This promotion is open to selected Costa Club members who are GB residents. By participating in this promotion, the Costa Club member will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.  

2. To redeem this promotion, visit any participating Costa GB store during the validity period stated in the email you received for this promotion and in your Costa Club App (the “Promotion Period”), select one handcrafted drink from the in-store menu board (“Promotion Drink”), activate ‘Free drink in store’ in the ‘Rewards’ section of the Costa Club App, and tap ‘Use Now’ to receive that Promotion Drink for free.    

3. To redeem a Promotion Drink using Click & Collect, during the Promotion Period, go to the Click & Collect menu on the Costa Club App, select one Promotion Drink, add ‘Free drink in store’ from the ‘Rewards’ section on the checkout page, and complete your order to receive that Promotion Drink for free.

5. This promotion can only be redeemed on one handcrafted drink displayed on the in-store menu board at the time of purchase. 

6. You must scan the Costa Club App when making your purchase.  

7. This promotion is only valid on one transaction and for one Promotion Drink per Costa Club member. If you are purchasing multiple Promotion Drinks in one transaction, the free drink promotion will be applied to the highest value Promotion Drink in your order; the other Promotion Drinks (and items in your order) will be charged at full price. 

8. Any additions or modifications made to the Promotion Drink, such as syrups, coffee shots, toppings or coffee and milk alternatives that do not come as standard with that Promotion Drink, will be charged at full price.  

9. This promotion does not apply to alcoholic beverages.  

10. This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or voucher.

11. Costa Club free drink rewards cannot be redeemed against this promotion. 

12. Costa Club members will not receive a bean for the Promotion Drink, but they will receive a bean for any other handcrafted drink they purchase.  

13. This promotion is only available in store and via Click & Collect and is not available through our Delivery, Express, Proud To Serve or Order at Table services.  

14. This promotion does not apply to orders made using Costa Coffee Gift Cards. 

15. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. 

16. This promotion is non-transferable, has no cash value and no cash alternative is available.
