Free Bottled Frappé (single use)

  1. This promotion is open to selected Costa Club members who are GB residents. By participating in this promotion, the Costa Club member will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.  

  2. To be eligible, purchase any handcrafted frappé drink from the in-store menu board of a participating Costa GB store (“Eligible Drink”) between 00:01 on 17/08/2024 and 23:59 on 18/08/2024 (the “Promotion Period”) and scan the Costa Club App when making your purchase. 

  3. If you comply with these requirements, you will receive a Costa Club App reward for one unit of the following 250ml bottled frappé drinks: (1) Choc Fudge Brownie; (2) Caramel Swirl (“Promotion Drink”) for free. Subject to availability, while stocks last.  

  4. A Promotion Drink will be available for redemption via the Costa Club App from the same day an Eligible Drink is purchased and will be valid for 7 days.  

  5. To redeem a Promotion Drink, visit any participating Costa GB store, activate ‘free bottled frappé’ in the ‘Rewards’ section of the Costa Club App and tap ‘Use Now’.

  7. You must scan the Costa Club App when making your purchase.  

  8. This promotion can only be redeemed once during the Promotion Period and is only valid on one transaction and for one Promotion Item per Costa Club member. If you are purchasing multiple Promotion Items in one transaction, the £1 promotion will be applied to one Promotion Item only; all other Promotion Items will be charged at full price. 

  9. This promotion does not apply to alcoholic beverages.  

  10. This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or voucher, but Costa Club members will still receive a bean for each handcrafted drink they purchase. Costa Club free drink rewards cannot be redeemed against this promotion.  

  11. This promotion is only available in store and Click & Collect and is not available through our Delivery, Express, Proud To Serve or Order at Table services.  

  12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. 

  13.  This promotion is non-transferable, has no cash value and no cash alternative is available.
