Free Diet Coke (single use)

1. This promotion is open to selected Costa Club members who are GB residents. By participating in this promotion, the Costa Club member will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.   

2.  To redeem this promotion, visit a participating Costa GB store during the validity dates stated for this promotion in your Costa Club App (which are also stated in our first email to you notifying you about this promotion) (“Promotion Period”), activate ‘Free Diet Coke’ in the ‘Rewards’ section of the Costa Club App, tap ‘Use Now’, and scan the Costa Club App to receive one 500ml bottle of Diet Coke (“Promotion Drink”) for free. 

3. To redeem this promotion using Click & Collect, during the Promotion Period, go to the Click & Collect menu on the Costa Club App, select one Promotion Drink, add ‘Free Diet Coke’ from the ‘Rewards’ section on the checkout page, and complete and pay for your order to receive that Promotion Drink for free.

5. You must scan the Costa Club App or, if you are using Click & Collect, add ‘Free Diet Coke’ from the ‘Rewards’ section of the Costa Club App when making your purchase. 

6. This promotion is only valid on one transaction and for one Promotion Drink per Costa Club member. 

7. If you are purchasing multiple Promotion Drinks in one transaction, you will receive one of those Promotion Drinks for free; the other Promotion Drinks and items in your order will be charged at full price.  

8. Subject to availability, while stocks last.  

9. This promotion does not apply to alcoholic beverages. 

10. This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or voucher, but Costa Club members will still receive a bean for each handcrafted drink they purchase. Costa Club free drink rewards cannot be redeemed against this promotion. 

11.  This promotion is only available in store and via Click & Collect and is not available through our Delivery, Express, Proud To Serve or Order at Table services.   

12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. 

13. This promotion does not apply to orders made using Costa Coffee Gift Cards.  

14. This promotion is non-transferable, has no cash value and no cash alternative is available.  

15. This promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this promotion and these terms and conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this promotion and these terms and conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts.
