Like our Team Members, our Assistant Managers are dedicated to making every customer's experience the best it can be. Whether you're serving up a perfect espresso or making sure no one is kept waiting, you'll make sure our good reputation for customer service stays that way. You'll be an example for your team - someone they can come to for advice and who'll help them develop.

Your skills will also be invaluable to your Store Manager. A strong focus on sales will help them to grow the business, while your experience will help to recruit the right people for the team. Stock control and day-to-day management will also be part of your remit, tasks that call for good organisational skills.

The type of person we look for? A leader and role-model. Someone who probably has customer service experience and is used to working as part of a team. A hands-on approach will make all the difference and your sense of responsibility means no job goes unfinished. You'll need plenty of energy of course, and a bit of flexibility never goes amiss.
