At the heart of our National Account business are Gennaro & Giorgio, our Master Roasters who oversee production of the rich, aromatic coffee that has won us a reputation for excellence.

Our coffee products, coffee making solutions and branded merchandise are bought by a diverse range of companies and organisations, from hotels to scale contract caterers, leisure centres, major transport concerns, pubs, bars & restaurants. To make sure we continue to introduce premium coffee to even more companies and to maintain support for our existing customers, our sales team of Customer Sales executives, Sales Development Managers, Account Managers and Channel Managers are on all hand.

Gennaro Pelliccia is Costa's Roastery Production Manager. Back in 1990, Gennaro was a mechanical engineering student at the University of London. He needed a temporary job at Christmas - and joined Costa as a part-time Barista. He's never looked back. "It was the family atmosphere that first attracted me to Costa. As the business was expanding, I was asked to stay and be part of the New Store Opening Team, getting new stores up and running across the country. Within a year, I'd become part of the Food and Drinks Development team, designing and launching new coffee drinks. It was good fun, but when I was asked to be Assistant to the General Manager of the Roastery, I couldn't say no. Since then I've undergone a personal development plan which has led me to become Roastery Production Manager."
