A cupful of responsibility

At Costa, we're as passionate about being a responsible business as we are about great coffee. So we're doing all we can to make sure that serving a perfect coffee means serving a more responsible one.

The coffee

We source 100% of our unique Mocha Italia blend from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ Farms and support the coffee growers through the Costa Foundation.

The milk

Some of the milk we use is produced by our own herd of cows on British farms. It is transported in pouches to reduce waste.

The cup

Our cup is produced using only certified sustainable pulp, which means it can be more widely recycled.

We're proud of what we've achieved so far, but we're already looking to the future. Our priorities include growing the scale of our Costa Foundation operations, improving our ability to measure our energy consumption, cutting carbon emissions and reducing the volume of waste that goes to landfill.
