A LIFE-CHANGING ENVIRONMENT
YUPILTEPEQUE, GUATEMALA
February 2009, and three new schools open, welcoming in hundreds of expectant children, not to mention a few excited teachers. The innovative new classrooms and teaching facilities not only promote a higher quality of learning, they're also utilized as a community centre during the evenings. What's more, the new sanitation systems, kitchens and flood protection walls make the schools a much more pleasant, and safer, place to be. Costa's work here has helped the Yupiltepeque region in so many ways.
