COSTA CORPORATE SALES
Costa Corporate Sales was formed in April 2007 as a result of merging the Costa National Sales (Wholesaling) business and the Costa Corporate Franchise Business.
We supply our customers with a range of coffee from espresso beans to ground coffee including decaffeinated, cafetiere and filter coffee. We also offer Fair-trade and our own Mocha Italia blend produced in Coffee Pods for a quality controlled cup of freshly produced Costa coffee.
At Costa we're committed to looking after our coffee growers and the environment. That's why, from October 2008 at least 30% of the coffee we use to make our unique Mocha Italia blend, comes from sustainably grown beans sourced from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms.
We also work with all our Customers to support the Costa Foundation in helping our coffee producers in their communities to build new schools and with educational resources to make their lives better.
Costa Corporate Sales works with partners in such channels of business such as;
- Contract Caterers in such locations as Offices, Hospitals, Universities, Armed Forces, Business/Industry, Leisure and Hospitality locations.
- Pubs, Bars and Restaurants in complimentary premium group pub businesses and restaurant locations
- Group Hotel and Leisure outlets
- Travel locations such as Motorway Services, Roadside, Airports and Rail (both stations and onboard offers) Ferries and Cruise Liners.

Costa Wholesale
The Costa Wholesale propositions range from a Traditional Barista Coffee Machine using Espresso Beans through to freshly ground coffee via a self served or served Bean to Cup Machine or a cafetiere/filter coffee solution.
Our Traditional Machines can also be adapted to use our Coffee Pods to assist staff in preparing that perfect cup of Costa Coffee without losing the traditional theatre of our traditional barista machines.
To support this coffee offer we supply a full range of machinery from Coffee Machines, Coffee Grinders, Bean to Cup Machines, Filter Coffee Machines supported by our own Costa Branded Crockery, Take Away branded cups, sugar sticks, syrups and snacks.
There is also a set of internal Costa Branded Signage and Merchandise that can be used to support this Costa offer.
Costa Franchise
Our Corporate Franchise offer has been established for those of our customers who just want to operate our Costa Store Formats.
These formats all sell the Costa Food Range as well as our great coffee, and are sold from environments that are specified by Costa and adhere to Costa Brand Design and Standards.
The formats range from large and small kiosks through to full Costa Store formats, just like those great stores you see on the High Street. We have had great success with establishing our Costa Store Formats with our partners on Motorway Services, Health and Fitness Clubs, Railway Stations, and Cinemas to name but a few.
Costa Licence
The Costa Licence offer has been created for customers who like to work with us across a range of offers. Those customers who have locations where they require a straightforward Costa Wholesale Offer but also in maybe another location they want to operate the fuller Costa Format proposition (the same formats that we Franchise)
The simplicity of this Licence Agreement allows customers to purchase all our products at the same price whether it be our Coffee for a Wholesale Proposition or for a Full Costa Store Format.
We have had great success with our Licence Agreement with Contract Caterers in Offices, Hospitals and Leisure Arenas and also with Garden Centres, Hotel Groups and Leisure Groups that host Camping/Caravan/Log Cabin Locations.
