At Costa we're committed to looking after the growers of our coffee and the environment. That's why, from October 2008, at least 30% of the coffee we use to make our unique Mocha Italia blend comes from sustainably grown beans sourced from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms.

That's something no other coffee shop chain in the UK can say*.

To achieve the Rainforest Alliance Certified™ seal, farms must ensure the people who grow the coffee, and the land they grow it on, are carefully supported and sustained.

Costa is the first UK coffee shop chain to source the beans from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms and our plan is to acquire all our coffee from certified sustainable places as soon as possible.

So by choosing Costa coffee, you're doing your bit for coffee growers, their communities, and still getting that great Costa taste. Good news all round.
