Every Line Manager in Costa, whether they're based in the Support Centre, Corporate Sales or Stores, works with a training framework designed for the role that they are in, so whatever your role you will always be encouraged to develop yourself and your skills.

Even before you join us, during the recruitment stage, we ensure that you are the right person for Costa and that Costa is also right for you.

If your application is successful, you will have an induction programme to ensure you'll be given the key training you need in order to succeed in your role.

Once you've got off to a good start, we'll support your development and career aspirations by using development solutions that fit within your role. We'll look at what steps you can take to make your next move, with the help of your annual review and personal development plan.
